You must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number for all returns.  Please email our customer service department at sales@martialartsupplies4less.com for a RMA number.  Please include your invoice number when you contact us.

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of purchase with no restocking fee.  There will be a 15% restocking fee for any item retuned after 14 days.  Returns are not accepted after 30 days. All returned items must be shipped prepaid.

The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping label on each package and all correspondence.  We will not accept returns without an RMA number on the label.  Please follow this example and ship to:

 Items that cannot be returned:

Any opened item.
Items that have been altered, soiled or damaged.
Discontinued items.
Customized items.
